This weekend was a ridiculously busy one, filled with 14 assignments that have to be done by Thursday! But I was able to get away for a big to go to the Indian Festival. It was busy and colorful. I got a little Genesh which is the Indian God for marriage. I think it goes that the reason why Genesh's head is an elephant is because Shiva kicked Genesh's head off by accident. (correct me if I'm wrong). Good food, good music, good times.
I also saw Urinetown over at Swift Creek Mill. OMG, if you are in the central VA area, see it! It's probably the best show I've seen while in Richmond.
And it stars two very good friends of mine: Angie Shipley and Adam Mincks.
